Job descriptionComprehensive internal training. Insurance (medical, dental, life, disability, travel) with 75% of costs covered by the employer. Retirement plan / Group TFSA. Dynamic team and stimulating work environment. Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written. Significant sales experience (ESSENTIAL) : minimum 5 years. Ability to plan your week and effectively update your CRM. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent priority management and organizational skills. Customer-focused with a constant drive to provide impeccable service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
Tasks
- Actively develop a portfolio of new clients through targeted actions.
- Identify key decision-makers within prospect companies.
- Schedule and secure meetings with qualified prospects.
- Assess and qualify business opportunities to maximize sales potential.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new clients.
- Perform any other tasks related to the position.
