Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands‑on development, problem‑solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD.
• Leverage ServiceNow's best practices in the applications mentioned above.
• Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, Business Rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems and configure imported data.
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews.

Required Qualifications

Compensation

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $140,000.
