Our client, a friendly downtown firm, is seeking an energetic and keen professional to fill their newly available role for an Administrative Assistant.
Duties of this role include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee front desk, answer calls and greet clients
- Help plan social events
- Liaise with building maintenance teams
- Assist management with administrative duties
- Assisting with some social media and marketing support
The ideal candidate will have :
- Previous reception or office administration experience is seen as an asset
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
