Position: Game Monetary/Economy (Junior) Designer
Report to:Team Lead
Department: Pre-production 3D SLG Game Team
Hiring Level: Junior ( Graduated students Welcome)
Contract length: 1 year fixed-Term with potential extension
Workplace:At Office

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in discussions and provide support for the design and developments of systems for SLG mobile games ( simulation & strategy Game) alongside with Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer.
• Assistant Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with build numerical models and formulate designs based on game system rules.
• Assistant Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with allocate numerical proportions, develop data structures, and maintain relevant forms.
• Assistant Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with adjust numerical balance in the game, including combat/fight balance, economic systems, and character growth.
• Assistant Senior Monetary/Economy Game Designer with manage key in-game data, pricing in the store, development rhythm, and resource output and consumption.
  
• Other tasks assigned related to game development by the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of game development experience.
• Gamer with sharp player insights.
  
• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Data science, Business Analytics or Computer Science preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Excel functions.
  
• Detail-oriented and strong execution skills.
  
• Exhibit stronganalytical, communication and creative skills.
• Excellentteamwork and ability toperform
  wellunder pressure.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada without any sponsorship from the employer at this time.
• Experience with AI tools.
