Description :
- Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) is required
- Certified in People Change Management ( Prosci) is desired
- Education and training normally gained through post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of following :
- Computer Science
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but are significant to Senior Project Manager role (eg : Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2)S
Skills & Experience :
- Minimum eight (8) years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager.
- Demonstrate experience leading projects using Agile and / or Hybrid Agile Methodology.
- Demonstrate experience of effective collaboration, planning and communication in the delivery of critical business driven initiatives.
- Proven experience with project budgeting, cost tracking and cost control.
- Proven experience managing project scope and schedule.
- Proven experience managing third party vendors and / or system integrators.
- Proven experience in managing complex IT Infrastructure projects including but not limited to managing requirements, solution design, development and testing.
- Proven experience managing cross divisional project teams and working with various stakeholders including Executive Management.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, methods, tools, and best practices used in project management. Maintains a high level of competency in project management related disciplines.
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Experience with environments such as : ClickSoft, Telecom Network Technology (wireless, wireline, integrated core architecture, 5G, etc), Salesforce, Information Systems Security, and ServiceNow.
