Position : Customer Service Representative
Industry : Manufacturing
Salary : $50,000
Condition : Permanent, Monday to Friday daytime schedule
Possibility of teleworking 3-4 days per week following the 3 month training

The benefits for this customer service representative role are :
- A salary between $50,000 and more (Based on experience)
- A possibility of teleworking 4 days per week after the 3 month training (face-to-face)
- A weekday, full-time schedule
- 4 weeks of vacation per year + 1 additional after 3 years
- Insurance paid at 70% by the employer
- Contribution to the RRSP
Responsibilities
Responsibilities as after-sales service manager are :
- Analyze and diagnose the problem and submission;
- Prepares after-sales service files for technicians;
- Orders the equipment necessary for after-sales services;
- Ensures the follow-up of files while respecting established processing times;
- Advises customers requiring support on the online platform;
- Identifies repetitive product problems and redirects the information (photos, complaints, etc.) to the technical team
Qualifications
The qualifications are :
- 2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales
- Impeccable French, English is an asset
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask
- Have an ability to develop interpersonal relationships and an interest in the manufacturing sector
