Role Overview : As a parts Technician, you will be an integral part of our client's operations team, responsible for managing and organizing parts inventory, supporting both internal and external customers with parts identification, procurement, and distribution.

This role is designed for those who have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth operation of our client's services.

Key Responsibilities : Efficiently manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, inspecting, and storing parts, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Provide timely and accurate assistance to service technicians and external customers, identifying the correct parts for their needs.

Process parts orders and returns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and service departments to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.

Utilize parts catalogues and computer systems to locate and procure parts. Conduct regular inventory audits and implement strategies to reduce inventory loss.

Requirements : Proven experience as a parts Technician or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Technical knowledge of parts and machinery, preferably within the specific industry of our client.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to inventory and parts management. A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a willingness to engage in training and professional development opportunities.
