Position : Quick Lube Technician

Guelph KIA i s looking for a full-time Quick Lube Technician to join our growing team! You will play a crucial role in terms of quickly and efficiently performing routine maintenance on our customers’ vehicles.
This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to pursue a lucrative in motive power. Our Technicians and Apprentices are looking forward to welcoming a new team member!
The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for inspecting and lubricating customers’ vehicles in accordance with policies and procedures as set forth by the Service Manager.
This role will also perform light mechanical work such as tire and battery replacement, as instructed.

Your day-to-day :
- Perform oil & filter changes
- Sell lubrication, safety inspection, & related services
- Perform complete multi-point inspection on vehicle, check and mark all required items on the checklist as required and present the findings to the Service Advisor
- Mount / balance / rotate / repair tires and add air as needed
- Support shop cleanliness, appearance and achieve a high customer service experience
- Other tasks as assigned
What you need :
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Previous Lube Tech experience is an advantage
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
- A valid Ontario driver's license and a safe driving history
