YOUR ROLE : As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will be part of a team responsible for commercial leases. Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include : -Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents specific to the real estate field (leases, amendments, renewals, etc.
- Managing the commercial lease portfolio by reading, drafting, updating, revising and correcting; -Analyze commercial leases;
- Ensure the accuracy of lease information in the database by comparing it with the original legal documents; -Maintain and complete commercial lease documentation;
- Respond to tenants' requests and questions; -Communicate and maintain effective relations with the various members of the department, both in Quebec and in other Canadian provinces.
- SKILLS REQUIRED : -Legal education; -Experience as a Paralegal in commercial, corporate or Real Estate Law; -Good level of bilingualism;
- Great writing skills, particularly in English; -Organizational skills and ability to manage several files at once; -Autonomy, versatility and team spirit.
