Ontario Insurance Hub is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
This is a temporary remote position.
Duties / Skills may include :
Checking voicemails and returning calls to clients to discuss insurance policies
Sending out insurance documents and packages to clients
Sending emails to clients regarding their insurance coverage
Explaining insurance policies and coverage options to clients
Working Monday to Friday

Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Return phone calls and emails promptly
Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy information
Process insurance documents and packages
Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met
Qualifications :
Customer focused and service oriented individual
Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
Above average attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
