Critical Qualifications / Competencies :

  • 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills : E nglish required / Bilingual (Eng / Fr) an asset .
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The CSR will be responsible for :

  • dealing directly with customers to answer requests by phone or email in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
  • handle investigation and / or follow-up on unresolved issues
  • ensuring requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area
  • developing and maintaining good client relationships while ensuring information confidentiality
  • use call-tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes
