Preferred Energy Inc. is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to work in their Estevan office. Duties will include answering telephone, filing, data entry, assisting the accounting department with everyday tasks, as well as other office related duties. We are looking for someone with experience with invoicing and ticket tracking.

Previous administration experience with an oilfield company is preferred. Experience with Quickbooks Online is an asset.
