About the Role :
Join us as a System Reliability Engineer II and help power
the performance, resilience, and reliability of our global systems. In this
role, you’ll craft and fine-tune monitoring, alerting, and
analytics pipelines across a modern stack—think Elastic, Prometheus,
Kubernetes, Grafana, and
more. You’ll lead smooth deployments, troubleshoot complex
issues, and dig into performance data to keep our platforms running at their
best. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with product and cloud teams,
mentor junior engineers, and drive projects that strengthen system resilience.

What You’ll Do :
Design, deploy, and optimize software systems
while configuring and maintaining a wide range of performance
monitoring, data-gathering, and troubleshooting tools.
Ensure the stability and peak performance of global
cloud-hosted systems across multiple self-hosted and cloud data centers.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance
infrastructure, strengthen system reliability, and
deliver accurate, timely analysis and logging data.
Mentor Level I engineers by providing guidance, technical
support, and first-level escalation for complex issues.
Who You Are :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / Information Technology or
related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three plus (3+) years of experience working within a
software development or hosting environment as a Technical Analyst, Systems
Analyst, Software Engineer, or System Reliability Engineer
One plus (1+) years of experience working with monitoring
and observability systems
Three plus (3+) years of experience working with Windows or
Linux server operating systems
Three plus (3+) years of experience troubleshooting and
analyzing software systems
Fundamental understanding of how web applications work and
how to troubleshoot them
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and Linux performance
indicators
Demonstrated ability to use analysis data to detect and
predict system degradation
Ideal to Have :
Experience creating
and maintaining jobs / builds in TeamCity, Jenkins, or other
automation platforms
Experience creating and maintaining automation
modules in Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
Experience working with containers and orchestrators such as
Docker / Kubernetes
Experience working with MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
databases
Experience building and maintaining CI / CD
pipelines
Advanced knowledge of industry standard monitoring and
performance analysis techniques
