Law Clerk / Paralegal

We are seeking a law clerk or paralegal with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in personal injury to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with tort files, are a self-starter, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, we would love to hear from you.

$40,000–$70,000

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage undertakings, production requests, and summaries of productions
• Draft legal documents (AOD, NOE, etc.)
• File management
• Correspond with third parties and clients
• Schedule Examinations for Discovery, mediations, and other proceedings
• Effectively track deadlines and timelines

Requirements :

Minimum of two years of experience as a law clerk or paralegal in a personal injury law firm

Strong understanding of tort and the Rules of Civil Procedure

Working knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS)

Exceptional attention to detail

Proficient drafting skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision

Self-starter with a high level of professionalism and client service skills
