Full-Time, Parental Leave Coverage (18 months) - Canvas Programs

Canvas’ Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Canvas we believe that it is vital to employ, engage, and empower people from a wide diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Without doing so, we would be unable to properly serve the communities we aim to reach, ensure fairness and equity across this organization, or assist in dismantling the harmful effects of white supremacy which continue to thrive in Toronto and beyond.

We strongly encourage applications from Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour, as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ people, survivors of sexual violence, and people who reflect a range of ages, abilities and religions.

We recognize non-Canadian work experience as being just as valid as Canadian work experience.

About Us

Canvas Programs (Canvas) is a registered charity based in Toronto seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our hardworking and supportive team.

Canvas provides empathy-based education on 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion and consent. We run workshops in schools, camps, community organizations, and corporate workplaces.

We envision a society in which all people are free to live authentically and have the tools to form safe, caring relationships.

We know high-quality, proactive education is key to combatting queerphobia and sexual violence.
