- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a HEAVY focus on ICI developments.
- A minimum of 3 completed ICI projects is an asset
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple multi-million dollar projects efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred : Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with PMP certification or similar being a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of OBC.
