The Opportunity

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will lead multidisciplinary teams including project coordinators, engineers, superintendents, and self-perform crews, while overseeing projects that require exceptional planning, documentation, safety discipline, and stakeholder coordination. In this capacity youll lead teams, manage risk and deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and accountability.

What Were Specifically Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following environments :

• Department of National Defense (DND) projects
• Healthcare or highly regulated institutional facilities
• Secure, operational, or occupied buildings, including schools
• Multi-residential
• Light Industrial

In addition, experience navigating security clearances, controlled sites, detailed reporting requirements, and multiple stakeholder layers is a strong asset.
