What you’ll do

• People leadership : Manage individual contributors across 2-3 squads; run 1 : 1s, feedback, reviews, growth plans
• Group execution : Plan / prioritize with Product & Design teams, sequence dependencies and keep outcomes on track
• Hands-on work (10–30%) : Review critical PRs, pair on complex designs / incidents, set standards
• Partner model : Work with the Director of Engineering (technical coaching, architecture). Tech Leads handle technical 1 : 1s / pairing inside squads
• Metrics : Improve throughput, stability and quality
