- Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage strong relationships with VIP players
- Provide personalized support and handle escalated issues
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver custom offers and rewards
- Maintain accurate account information and manage sensitive data with discretion
- Gather feedback to help improve the overall player experience
What We're Looking For :
2+ years of experience in VIP support, hospitality, or customer success (gaming industry experience is a plus)Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProfessional, discreet, and highly customer-focusedBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePerks & Benefits (Offered by the Client) :
