About the Team
Our Cova Product team is dedicated to building exceptional software experiences that empower cannabis retailers to thrive. The Product team works closely with the Development team and collaborates cross‑functionally with other departments to bring innovative solutions to life. As a UX / UI Designer on this team, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive and reliable products that set the standard in cannabis retail technology.
About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Product, as a UI / UX Designer, you create designs that enhance our user experience with digital products and services, ensuring interfaces are intuitive, visually appealing, and user‑friendly. By integrating visual design, information architecture, and user psychology, you optimize usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams you align designs with Cova’s product goals and objectives, iterating based on user feedback to continuously improve the overall customer experience.

Compensation Range : $90-$110K CAD Annually
