Responsibilities
- The Robotics Operator is responsible for the safe operation of state-of-the-art robotic welding and material preparation equipment.
- Program and operate DyMark's robotic equipment to meet project specifications.
- Assist other members of the production team to complete work according to project specifications and deadlines.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Maintain awareness of safety, quality, and productivity standards on the job site.
Qualifications
Experience with Python, Voortman, Zeman, and / or Peddinghaus robotics equipment is an asset.Experience in comparable CNC machine operation; automated drill line programming / operating; automated plasma cutting processing equipment programming / operating; or 5-7 Axis robotic equipment programming / operating will be considered an asset.This position requires advanced skills in machine programming and operation, manual welding knowledge / experience, and strong electronic and mechanical abilities.Certification or experience in computer drafting and design programs, robotics and / or CNC operations, overhead crane operation, and forklift operation are assets.A valid drivers license is also required.Please note that DyMark Industries is engaged in work activities defined by OH and S Regulations as high hazard work.
