Associate Lawyer

Our progressive, collegial firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented lawyer to join our busy general solicitor practice.

The position includes exposure to a wide variety of interesting solicitor work, including corporate transactions, commercial leases, commercial and residential real estate transactions, advising not-for-profit and charitable agencies, contract drafting, estate planning, and estate administration.

Qualifications

Superior writing and time management skills are critical to success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is also required;

please confirm proficiency in your cover letter . In addition, life experience, resourcefulness, professionalism and strong client management skills are highly valued assets.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in corporate / commercial, not-for-profit / charity law, wills / estates, contract, and / or real estate law, but this is not a requirement.
