Who We’re Looking For :

Schedule : Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation Potential : $90,000 - $160,000 (Commission Based)

What your day will look like :

Vehicle Acquisition : Identify and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles from private sellers, dealerships, and auctions.

Used Vehicle Reconditioning : Co-ordinates used vehicle reconditioning within Rapid Recon and keep management up to date on progress

Auction Preparation : Research run lists, evaluate vehicle values, and make strategic online purchases.

Customer Satisfaction : Ensure a smooth buying experience and maintain high client satisfaction.

Sales Performance : Consistently work toward exceeding individual and departmental purchase goals.

Product Knowledge : Stay informed on vehicle trends, financing options, and industry developments to make informed buying decisions and to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
