Responsibilities
- Take service calls and solve the problem over the phone, across Canada.
- Give general information to customers and transfer it to the appropriate technical staff.
- Dispatch service calls to technicians efficiently via the automated geolocation system.
- Plan preventive maintenance and cleaning, and ensure that the maintenance list is kept up to date.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a dispatcher
- DEP in a related field, an asset
- Technical and / or practical knowledge of mechanics / electricity / PLC programming or equivalent
- Computer skills
- Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
- Good customer service and work organization skills
