Job Overview

We are seeking two professional Fragrance Sales Associates with strong experience in perfume / fragrance products and customer-facing retail sales. The ideal candidates will be confident well-presented and skilled in engaging customers to drive sales.

Candidates with Middle Eastern or Latin (Spanish / Portuguese-speaking) backgrounds are preferred; however excellent English communication skills are mandatory .

Primary Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.

Actively engage customers understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.

Meet daily / weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Maintain product displays cleanliness and organization of the fragrance counter.

Assist with inventory management stock rotation and merchandising.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Support promotional activities and brand events when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in fragrance or luxury retail sales (minimum preferred).

Strong influencing and upselling skills with a sales-driven mindset.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and interpersonal).

Additional language skills such as Arabic Spanish or Portuguese are a strong asset.

Professional appearance and confident customer interaction.

Ability to understand fragrance notes product categories and customer preferences.

Reliable punctual and able to work evening and weekend shifts.

Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and engaging personality.
