The TELUS Business Solutions (TBS) organization is dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS.

Our team has direct responsibility for all 4 Ps’ (product, price, place, and promotion) of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.

You will join a skilled and engaged team that continues to shape the evolution of the portfolio, and work on creative ways to reach existing business clients to ultimately grow and expand product diversity within our customer base & acquisition on our wireless and wireline share.

Our team is on a growth journey and the acquisition campaign strategy is critical to the success. Your mandate is to strategize how we develop product diversity for our existing customer base through campaigns;

by targeting existing businesses within TELUS. You will drive the end to end strategy of your campaigns cross-functionally including sourcing niche opportunities while targeting the existing base, allocation strategy and distribution to sales.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a driven, high-energy, creative, and results-oriented individual with natural leadership qualities, who is willing to challenge the status quo, collaborate confidently with multiple stakeholders, and delve deep into data to create strategies for the role of Senior Product Manager for our acquisition campaigns.

  • Deep dive into historical data to pinpoint niche opportunities that drive higher acquisition
  • Develop an ongoing funnel of leads, with the associated scoring, to ensure long-term success
  • Effectively make campaign recommendations based on market trends and business performance
  • Manage a cross-functional team to deliver on campaign targets with supporting governance
  • Partner with sales channels to improve campaign performance
  • Deep dive into campaign analytics to incorporate sales feedback and find improvement opportunities for future campaigns

Qualifications

What you bring

  • You have a solid foundation for analytics - ability to measure, report, and pivot results as well as make data-driven decisions
  • You have strong people skills, ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, and ability to work within a team
  • You thrive in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease
  • You are known for your ability to prioritize projects, to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and to meet objectives in an exciting and agile environment
  • You can zoom in and out, balancing both strategy & marketing execution
  • You have an undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Having a minimum 5+ years of work experience in marketing is desired
