About the Role
We are looking for a Licensed Sales Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be leading and driving the success of our project sales teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales office, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll oversee all aspects of the sales process, from nurturing leads to closing deals, while fostering an environment of excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team by example, ensuring they deliver a first‑class customer experience in line with our company values and project goals.
- Execute and drive the sales strategy to maximize sales results, collaborating closely with the Sales Leadership Team.
- Create a memorable and seamless experience for clients, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and informative.
- Provide training and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring they are well‑versed in the project and our best practices.
- Oversee all deals / contracts for the project.
- Oversee database management and the smooth execution of all administrative tasks related to the project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and track sales performance, continuously optimizing processes to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering expert guidance and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
What You Bring
A minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, ideally in project marketing or new home sales.A passion for real estate and a natural ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.Experience with CRM platforms like Spark, HubSpot, or Avesdo is an asset.A detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Strong organizational skills, and capable of managing timelines effectively.Why This Role?
