Controller

Lawson Sales is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Controller to lead the financial operations. This role combines hands‑on accounting with strategic financial oversight. The successful candidate, partnering with the General Manager, will be pivotal in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making across the business to optimize performance and growth. The role reports to the General Manager and works closely with the finance team at Reesink Canada Holding.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Lead the finance function across accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Advise the General Manager on financial strategy, pricing models, and margin optimization.
• Drive ERP system enhancements and cross‑functional process improvements.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term financial improvement initiatives.

Partnership Development
