We are seeking an experienced engineer and passionate Energy Coach to join our Energy Management Information System (EMIS) team, delivering services to our francophone clients.

JOB SUMMARY

As part of the Energy Management Information System (EMIS) team at EPS, the focus of the Bilingual Energy Coach is to deliver EMIS Audits, lead clients through the implementation, and support the operation of EMIS within industrial facilities with the purpose of generating measurable energy savings in accordance with audit and program targets.

Responsibilities include :

• Conduct EMIS audits and develop business cases.
• Guide clients through EMIS implementation and support ongoing operations.
• Manage multiple projects, including budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Identify and implement energy-saving opportunities in industrial settings.
• Engage with clients via teleconferencing and on-site visits.
• Track and communicate energy performance using regression models and engineering calculations.
• Analyze energy performance data to identify potential savings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• An engineering degree in a related field (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.)
• 8-15+ years of experience in energy management and data analysis
• Extensive project management and client-facing experience
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial processes and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bilingual in English and French
• Autonomous, results-oriented, and team player
• Passionate about energy management and sustainability
• Knowledge of industrial hardware / software (PLCs, HMIs, data historians) is a plus
• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus
