Job Title : Assistant Manager – Maintenance
Location : City of Castlegar, British Columbia, Canada
Salary : $108,690 – $129,644 (2025 rates – subject to a cost of living increase effective January 1, 2026)
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Maintenance assists in the daily operations of fleet and facility maintenance crews, ensuring efficient delivery of services, coordinating field activities, and assisting in scheduling, budgeting, prioritizing and monitoring work progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and administer activities, staff, equipment, and resources required to deliver the City’s maintenance services.
- Develop preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate field activities and assist in scheduling and budgeting.
- Prioritize and monitor work progress.
