Job description

Join our team as an IoT / OT Security Consultant to lead the implementation of cutting-edge security solutions across global facilities for a major industry client. You will play a pivotal role in deploying, managing, and scaling IoT / OT security technologies across diverse environments while ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy IoT / OT security solutions to secure and monitor operational technology environments across global sites.
  • Oversee the solution lifecycle, from pilot phases to commercial adoption, for over 120 facilities across North America, Latin America, and Asia.
  • Collaborate with program management and stakeholder groups to ensure timely delivery in line with market demand.
  • Act as a technical liaison between markets, service engineering teams, and support teams.
  • Partner with product management and development teams to drive adoption and scale IoT capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Lead deployment stages, including solution installation, SNMP connectivity, Cisco WLC access integration, and performance testing.
  • Manage the shipping process of IoT devices between vendors and markets.
  • Develop sustainment and operation processes for IoT / OT solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
  • To collaborate on different activities on “IoT / OT Security solutions” which are related to deployment & operational tasks including lead technical troubleshooting & configuration and function as point of contact for IT contacts dispersed in your region.
  • To collaborate on elaborating processes & procedures for operating these IoT / OT Security solutions as part of the Sustain Stream (Management, Maintain, Operate, Monitoring).

Profile :

Technical Environment :

  • Armis, Claroty IoT security solutions, Super Micro controllers.
  • VMware, Hyper-V, Network Mapper, SPAN, Power BI, Azure DevOps, RACI Matrix.
  • Initiative-taking attitude to become a proper expertise on these IoT / OT Security & Compliance solutions Armis & xDome Claroty.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and technical support.
  • Proficiency in IoT / OT security technologies and integration processes.
  • Medium skills on IT network / security, minimum 2 years experience in the field.
  • Knowledge on developing workflows, elaborating SOP documents & troubleshooting Guides .

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Great communications skills are a MUST for stakeholder’s management
  • Like working in an international team with a proactive attitude.

    • Languages :

  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Spanish (a plus).
