Your Role and Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Manage sales activities in your territory : identify, develop, and maintain customers.
- Promote products to consulting engineering firms and other clients.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments for information transfer post-sale.
- Produce and update sales reports in the CRM.
- Keep client records up to date.
- Participate in special projects assigned by management.
- Provide market information to senior management to improve competitive positioning.
Sales Support :
- Coordinate sales-related activities.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and sales channels.
- Handle quotations and orders, including contract verification.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Skills and qualifications :
- Degree in Building Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC products and systems (a significant asset).
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Active listening skills, customer service-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
- Team player and autonomous.
- Problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with HVAC product selection software is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
