Our client, in the insurance industry, located in Toronto is looking for a Bilingual Senior Learning and Development Specialist to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day claims operations
- Adjusting claims and ensuring the updates are accurately reflected
- Training new hires and providing ongoing coaching
- Identifying claims issues, recommending improvements where necessary
- Conducting file reviews
- Designing and developing educational and training materials
- Participating in Claims Quality Audits
- Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have :
- Fluently bilingual in both French and English
- 10 years of insurance claims experience
- Possess auto, accident, liability or property claims experience
- CIP designation or working towards
- College and / or University Degree
- Previous coaching, training and / or management experience a strong asset
