Job Overview

Join Davis Orthodontics, a patient‑centered orthodontic practice with multiple GTA locations, to support our dynamic team as a Treatment Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing patients, guiding them through treatment and payment options while ensuring accurate documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—by phone, email, or in person
• Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps
• Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity
• Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families
• Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries
• Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Conduct follow‑up calls and assist with re‑booking appointments
• Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures
• Support the front desk team as needed

What We’re Looking For

Benefits & Hours

Monday‑Thursday schedule with 2 days at Bolton and 2 days at Woodbridge, salary range $27‑$30 per hour, competitive pay, flexible hours, equal‑opportunity employer.
