We're Fiction Profits Academy, one of the top 5 coaching programs in the U.S. We teach everyday people how to publish eBooks online and build semi-passive income through fiction.

Right now, we're looking for a sharp, emotionally intelligent Outbound Setter to join our team.

This isn't a cold-calling role.

You'll be reconnecting with buyers—people who already purchased our $2,000 program in the past but haven't followed through.

Your job is to help them see the gap:

→ Where they are now

→ Where they want to be

→ What's been stopping them from getting there

From there, you'll position a call with one of our senior advisors for our high-ticket mentorship program, so they can get the support they need to finally move forward.

What you'll be doing:

• Make 50+ outbound touches a day (calls, texts, emails)

• Speak with existing customers—no cold leads here

• Run 30-min discovery calls over Google Meet to uncover what's held them back

• Qualify them for our $5k–$15k high-ticket programs

• Book sales calls for our advisory team

• Stay on top of follow-ups inside Aloware + HubSpot

• Follow proven frameworks that lead the prospect to their own conclusions

This is a fast-paced role with high visibility. We'll give you the training, scripts, and support, but it's on you to show up, execute, and improve.

The best setters on our team earn $3,000–$6,000/month USD consistently and have a clear path to move up.
