The Position
This role calls for an individual with integrity, sense of community and empathy whilst liaising with a large and varied customer base.
Assisting customers with a range of retail and transactional banking enquiries whilst utilising the ability to provide high quality customer service and application of successful problem solving.
The rotating roster featuring a hybrid model for this full-time position allows a comfortable balance.
Key responsibilities :
- Providing exceptional customer service to meet the everyday banking requirements of our customers over the phone
- Process inbound transactions (phone,email) in accordance with banking policies and procedures in a professional and efficient manner
- Identifying opportunities to cross sell our range of financial products and services through continuous education and interaction with our customers both new and existing customers
- Operate with the knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation and governing bank operations
About You
In addition to full, permanent working rights and a great attitude we are seeking candidates with the following
- Well-developed verbal and interpersonal skills
- A track record in excellent customer service
- Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
- The ability to determine priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Previous customer service / sales experience is essential
- Prior experience in working in a structured contact centre environment
- High attention to detail and computer proficiency
- An ability to investigate and follow up queries
- An interest in developing a long-term career
