Salary : $70,000 - $100,000 a year

This position contributes to the overall organization by assisting the Project Manager (PM) with project costing, safety and quality program implementation, scheduling, and budgeting. They will work with the relevant operations department to start-up, execute, and close-out Halls projects.

Your day-to-day will look like :

• Assist with preparation and execution of overall Execution / Work Plans and schedules.
• Organize and maintain project site files and documents; manage electronic document databasesand / or file sharing sites. Ensure that files are saved promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documents for the project. This includes, but is not limited to :

drawings, plans, submittals, change orders, document logs, and purchase orders.

Site visits should occur (at minimum) 1-2 times per week, per project, depending on project requirements.
