We are actively looking for a :

IT Project Manager

About the Role :

A versatile IT Project Manager who will not only lead our ERPsystem implementation but also manage various IT projects, ranging from cloudmigrations, cybersecurity enhancements, to digital transformation initiatives.

This role is pivotal for driving our strategic goals and ensuring operationalexcellence across different technology domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensureprojects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to fostercollaboration and maximize efficiency.
• Continuously monitor and report on project progress tostakeholders, adjusting as needed to meet project goals.
• Proactively identify and address cross-functionalproject interdependencies, issues, and risks.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and allteam members about project schedules, updates, and necessary adjustments.
• Define clear project objectives and Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) for evaluating success.
• Coordinate with multi-site development teams or externalpartners to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, BusinessAdministration, or a related field, with a preference for experience infull-cycle ERP implementation.
• Proven project management experience, especially in ERPprojects from start to finish
• Must be able to obtain and hold a security clearance
• Knowledge of product development, including experiencewith high-tech or telecom products, focusing on operational efficiency andinnovation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamworkand client relations; proficiency in both French and English preferred.
• Skilled in various project management tools andmethodologies.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, digitaltransformation, software development, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-makingskills, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a capabilityto preempt and resolve issues effectively
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, capable of drivingdiverse teams towards project milestones and success.
