Qualifications :
- Bachelor’sDegree or College Diploma in a relevant field.
- 3+years of experience in Patient Support, preferably with geriatric clientswithin home health care or seniors long-term care / assisted living settings
- A flairfor continuous learning and a driver’s license with a reliable car.
