The West Vancouver Human Resources & Payroll Division is currently seeking a temporary full-time Case Manager, Disability Management, to join our highly qualified team. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for :
The preferred candidate will possess : a Degree / diploma in Business, Human Resources, or other professional training with a focus on Disability Management, Human Resources, and OH&S; 3+ years of progressively more responsible Disability Management experience, preferably in a complex, multi-union environment and / or insurance STD / LTD claims industry, supplemented with a solid comprehension of OH&S or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced knowledge of case management principles, relevant legislation, regulations, guidelines and best practices. Knowledge of non-occupational disability management practice and WorkSafeBC claims adjudication process.
The successful candidate is required to supply a Police Information Check and a copy of their credentials. A personal vehicle and a valid BC Driver’s License are required.
