Position Details

Start Date : November 7, 2025 (transition period prior to departure available)

Schedule :

Monday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM

New Patients / Month : ~40

Operatories : 11 total (2 dedicated to Associate)

Hygiene Chairs : 4

Chair Utilization : 6–8 running daily

Team Support : Fully staffed with CDA, 4 hygienists, and Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager

Location : Stand-alone building with free parking and shared lunchroom; each doctor has a private office

This role is ideal for an associate who enjoys a broad clinical scope and wants the support to expand their skills in-house. With no need to build a patient base from scratch, the new associate can focus on patient care from day one.
