Film Liaison
Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered aernment Organization in Coquitlam, BC. Our client is seeking Film Liaison to join their team! This is a CASUAL role, with different schedules each week. not suitable
for people with full time jobs Your new role : As a Film Liaison you will be responsible for the supervision of film site locations, both inside buildings and outside on the grounds.
Due to the nature of this work, your duties will vary day-to-day but will include :
- Taking detailed notes for daily logs / incident reports, photos for prep / wrap andmunicate effectively during shift changes with other liaisons to ensure continuity.
- Ensuring that productions have a daily sign in / out log sheet for crew members
- Enforcement of site policies, including health and safety, and ensuring film crew has obtained correct permits for work being carried out.
- Enforcing of parking assignments and to ensure fire lanes remain clear and no parking in unauthorized areas.
Requirements :
- Excellentmunication and organizational skills and arefortable working in high pressure and stressful situations
- Vvalid driver's license and your own vehicle as the site is not transit friendly
What you'll get in return :
- In return for your skills and expertise there ispetitive hourly pay along with the ability toplete overtime when required.
- Your shifts will vary depending on the length of each production from a 4 to 12 hour day.
