Responsibilities :
- Work with supervisors and managers to plan and prioritize work
- Provide knowledge and help with masking of equipment
- Select appropriate paint and mix paint according to task at hand
- Ability to review and estimate quotes
- Ability to fix minor or major body damage on industrial machines
- Weld replacement panels
- Ensure paint surfaces meet company, customer and paint manufacturer standards
- Maintain safe workings conditions
- Comply with company HSE practices & policies
- Clean and organized general work area & paint room
Qualifications :
- Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Energetic and motivated
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Minimum of 2 years industrial painting experience
- Auto Body repair would be considered an asset
- Valid class 5 driver’s license, with own transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (Standing, Lifting, Bending, Twisting)
Proper PPE required while on site
- CSA approved steel toe boots
- High visibility vest
- Safety Glasses
- Any additional PPE will be supplied
Wage rates are negotiable and based on experience. Benefits package available after probationary period. Please include wage expectations along with your resume.
