What we promise :
Under the direction of the Deputy Clerk the Customer Service Representative will deliver a broad range of customer service activities and specialized information to external and internal customers / users of Town services at any one of the Towns Customer Service locations. The position will assist customers in securing services completing bill payment transactions registering for various programs obtaining permits or licences as well as respond to a broad range of inquiries. The Customer Service Representative is the first line of contact with individuals seeking information and / or requiring services in person via telephone e-mail or web interfaces. This position also provides direction and support to part-time and casual staff when necessary.

Salary : $52870.60 - $66083.47 plus employer paid benefits and OMERS pension plan
Hours : 35 hours per week 8 : 30 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Location : Town Hall 24 Tupper Street West in Alliston
Start Date : February 2 2026
