ABOUT US:

Threestones Alliance Inc. is a rapidly growing, Alberta-based contractor specializing in exterior envelope construction, including stucco, siding, EIFS, and stone veneer systems. Founded by tradespeople for tradespeople, we value quality workmanship, safety, and a team-first approach. As we expand, we’re looking for experienced and dedicated Stucco Plasterers to join our high-performing field crew.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Stucco Installers who are experienced in the full installation of exterior stucco systems. This includes the preparation and installation of substrates, weather barriers, insulation, mesh, and finish coats for both traditional and acrylic stucco systems. The ideal candidate understands how to integrate stucco with various building envelope systems and can work efficiently and safely in changing site conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install building wraps, weather barriers (WRBs), foam board, lath, and reinforcement mesh
• Prepare surfaces and ensure substrate is properly sealed and ready for finish
• Apply base coats and assist in stucco finish coat application (traditional or acrylic)
• Seal and waterproof joints and system penetrations
• Follow building codes, specs, and blueprints for EIFS and stucco assemblies
• Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow all company safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with foremen and other trades on-site

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience installing exterior cladding systems, including stucco and/or EIFS on residential and commercial buildings
• Familiarity with weather-resistant barriers (WRBs), insulation boards, mesh, and lath installation techniques
• Physically able to lift materials, work at heights on scaffolding, and perform tasks in all weather conditions
• Basic understanding of building envelope systems and principles of exterior waterproofing
• Strong awareness of construction site safety protocols and consistent use of required PPE
• Reliable transportation to various job sites across Alberta
• Proven ability to work independently and also collaborate effectively as part of a crew
• Basic English communication skills

• Repetitive tasks; standing, bending, kneeling for extended periods
• Physically demanding; handling heavy loads
• Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Work under pressure and in varying weather conditions

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

• Steel-toed boots
• Safety glasses/goggles
