About the Role
Are you an organized, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Grand Prairie, Alberta! This is a key front-line role acting as the primary link between our customers and our service technicians—ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and positive.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and technicians
- Coordinate service appointments and manage workflow
- Accurately document customer concerns and repair information
- Support both customers and team members to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications
Friendly, strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesBasic computer competency and good math skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and willing to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (with flexibility during peak times)Professional grooming, hygiene, and appearanceCommon knowledge of vehiclesClean Class 5 driver’s license requiredExperience is an asset, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!What We Offer
