About the Role

Are you an organized, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Grand Prairie, Alberta! This is a key front-line role acting as the primary link between our customers and our service technicians—ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and positive.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and technicians
  • Coordinate service appointments and manage workflow
  • Accurately document customer concerns and repair information
  • Support both customers and team members to ensure a seamless experience

Qualifications

  • Friendly, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Basic computer competency and good math skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (with flexibility during peak times)
  • Professional grooming, hygiene, and appearance
  • Common knowledge of vehicles
  • Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
  • Experience is an asset, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

  • Competitive wage : $22–$23 / hour
