Job Description

The Employer Partner is seeking a motivated Landscaping Project Coordinator with a passion for landscaping to assist in the successful execution of landscape design and construction projects.

Responsibilities :

• Touching base with project managers to ensure payments are received.
• Touching base with designers to ensure orderly timelines are being adhered to.
• Being the communication channel between designers, office and project managers so everyone is informed throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with the landscape design team to ensure project plans align with client expectations.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain project progress.
• Monitor quality and ensure projects meet industry standards and client satisfaction.
• Oversee logistics, procurement, and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as permit applications and documentation.

Requirements :

• High school or certification.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience in the landscape industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of landscape design principles is a plus.
• Ability to commute / relocate : Concord, ON L4K 2T8 : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
