Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the development of a comprehensive corporate-wide training program.

Vancouver (can be remote), till March 31,

Must Have :

  • 8+ years experience as an Instructional Designer
  • Develop training materials, guides, and templates.
  • Experience in creating an Enterprise or Corporate-Wide Training Program , developing large-scale training initiatives that span across departments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Public Sector or Non-Profit Organizations
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Project Management Skills

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to assess current training needs and develop a strategic plan for a sustainable training program that aligns with the organization’s vision.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and ensure that the program reflects the diverse needs across the organization.
  • Create a realistic and scalable training plan that can be implemented over the next 3 to 5 years, ensuring it supports ongoing employee development and organizational growth.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and templates to support ongoing program delivery and ensure the internal team is equipped to manage the program long-term.
