Manager, D365 F&SCM Finance Functional Consultant

Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

We are looking for a Functional Lead in ERP who can lead customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, and support the Project Manager toward project success.

• You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time management
• You know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively
• Expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365F&SCM and AX2012
• At least 3 full life cycle D365 Finance module implementations.
• Experience managing large geographically distributed teams.
• You’ve likely achieved a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Mentor team members and help improve their capabilities.Support testing the proposed system and train users.Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system.Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ business processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.Work with the technical team to ensure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft D365F&SCM to ensure the system works the way your client needs it toTransform business requirements into a straightforward technical model, and match processes to application requirements.
